TVET

The program includes the following major topics: creating training course plans, producing training material, facilitating training, conducting competency assessments, and maintaining training spaces. The program will focus on training practices that are centered on the learner, inclusive of all individuals, and utilize industry-based methods to deliver high-quality training. This will be accomplished through a mixture of self-directed study, instructor-led classes, and hands-on training.
